Event Day

Parking - Lot Opens At 6:30 AM

Parking is located at the intersection of South Palm Canyon Drive and Acanto Drive. Please carpool. Parking is limited. No spectator parking will be allowed at the top of the Trading Post. No exceptions! Shuttle buses will be shuttling participants from the top of the Trading Post back to the parking lot from the time the Hikes are completed until 1:30PM. The 5k Run starts at 9:30 AM sharp

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior. Check in will be alphabetical by name. If you are planning on walking back down the hill to your car, stay to one side of the road as shuttle buses will be coming up and down constantly. No event day registration for the 5K.

The Hike

Hikes will begin at after shuttles take hikers from the parking area to the designated hike start location. Hikes will be limited to groups of 30 hikers. Hikers will be assigned to Trail Guides for their chosen hikes on a first-come, first-served basis. Departure times for hikes will be staggered so participants will complete hikes and meet in the celebration area as close to 11 AM as possible. No event day registration. Tickets must be purchased by March 14th, 2024.

Please note: Hike times are subject to cancellation if there is no participation for the designated hike times listed.

Finisher Gifts

All participants who complete a Hike or the 5k Run will receive a beautiful Agua Caliente T-shirt and hat at the Trading Post upon finishing. Join us for Lunch & Pick up Free Give Aways at Trading Post starting at 10:00AM-12:00PM. A celebration will occur promptly at 11:00AM. Hear about UCLA and the new partnership formed with Agua Caliente.
